Frank E. Wagamon, president of Wagamon Builders, Inc. has been a licensed realtor since 1987. During this time Frank has worn several hats, assuming the duties of listing agent and on the job-site supervision of operations. This type of work involves a lot of responsibility in evaluating build-ability of a lot, placement of structures to accommodate the natural amenities, proper elevations to avoid future drainage problems, comfortable driveway slope and elevations, placement of windows to enhance a nature view if present and structural quality control through the building process.

We at Wagamon Builders, Inc. have no elaborate sales hype, business promotions or we can build cheaper than you can build or better than you can build promotions. We simply believe that a good home reasonably priced sells itself. All our sales are from word of mouth referrals, limited road signage and an occasional MLS listing. The majority being from word of mouth referrals from previous build jobs. Frank created Wagamon Builders, Inc. in 1989 and has been building, developing and selling since.

At initial contact we discuss your needs, not what someone already has drawn up for the all occasion shopper. We talk about each family members individual needs, and related costs. We prepare a "wish list" and an "absolute necessity" list. These lists are very important when it comes down to "crunch-time". It’s very important that we establish a comfortable price for the home, not what someone determines you qualify for or what someone else wants to "sell you". We try determine what you want to spend and what your needs are. Then we’re ready to establish a game plan.

At a Wagamon Builders Model Home you’ll meet Frank Wagamon at the door and that’s who you will work with from contracting to closing. Frank will help you plan your home and personally draw your personalized blueprints (building plans) on his "Softplan" cad program. He will assist you in securing the best possible financing available. Home plans are drawn at no extra charge when building a "Wagamon Home".

As Frank is also a Real Estate Broker a free market analysis of your existing home is available to assist you in establishing your approximate ready cash available for closing on your knew home. Frank prepares all contracts which are most complete to save you an enormous amount of money in legal and related fees.
